Note: During peak seasons (festivals, sales events), processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days.

Lohitha partners with reliable shipping carriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure prompt deliveries.

Shipping options available at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)

  • Express Shipping (2–4 business days)

We currently ship across India and plan to expand internationally soon!

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999: Free Standard Shipping.

  • Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping rate of ₹79 will be applied.

  • Express Shipping: An additional ₹150 will be charged (optional upgrade at checkout).

Shipping costs will be clearly mentioned before you complete your purchase.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If the courier service is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or unavailability, your order may be:

  • Returned to our warehouse

  • Re-shipped after address confirmation (additional shipping charges may apply)

At Lohitha, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under specific conditions.

You may return a product if:

  • The product has quality issues as proven with photos/videos.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Perishable goods (like certain organic foods) unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Customized or personalized orders.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Email us at support@lohitha.in within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return.

  3. Attach clear photographs of the product (if damaged or wrong item).

  4. Our Customer Support will verify and guide you through the return process.

  5. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the courier assigned by us.

Note: Self-shipped returns without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the error is on Lohitha's side (wrong/damaged product): Return shipping is FREE.

  • If returning for personal reasons (no longer want the product): Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

 

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the product passes quality checks.

  • Refunds are made through the original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

In some cases, refund timings may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Want to exchange instead of returning?

We offer one-time exchanges for:

  • Size changes (for products like clothing or accessories)

  • Replacement of the same product in case of damage

To exchange:

If the product for exchange is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
